06 How does the integration work?

AppZen Connect makes it easy to integrate with Workday. AppZen offers a bi-directional integration via a pre-built API connector. Connecting to AppZen is simple and requires minimal IT involvement, with many customers getting up and running within a few days.

AppZen automatically syncs master data objects such as COA, entities, vendor master lists, POs, historical invoices, and goods receipts (optional for 3-way match).  Once an invoice is processed, AppZen automatically syncs invoice data back to your <Financial System> for final approvals (if needed) and payment.
